What's inside each box?

Accepted Answer

Each month brings a blend of sensory products, creative activities, a collectible, Bella's Family Journal and a pressure-free Brave Bite challenge. Contents vary with the theme and the club plan selected.

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every monthly adventure is designed around a fresh theme, with new products, activities and prompts to explore together.

Question 4

Is Bella's Sensory Box suitable for autistic or SEND children?

Accepted Answer

Bella's Sensory Box is made for playful discovery and family connection, and many families may enjoy the sensory-play ideas. It is not a medical, psychological or therapeutic product. Parents and carers should check each item’s suitability for their child.

Question 5

How does Bella's Brave Bite work?

Accepted Answer

Brave Bites is a calm food-exploration activity that follows LOOK, TOUCH, SMELL, TASTE and RATE. Children can take part at their own pace with positive encouragement.

Does my child have to eat the Brave Bite?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not. Looking at, touching or smelling a new food can be a meaningful step in exploration. There is no pressure to eat or finish anything.

Question 7

What happens if my child has an allergy?

Accepted Answer

Food products will include their own ingredient and allergen information. Parents and carers must check the final packaging and product details for suitability before giving food to a child.

Question 8

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

Accepted Answer

Gift subscriptions are planned for a future release. The subscription-box collection is being structured so this option can be added without rebuilding the site.

When are boxes dispatched?

Accepted Answer

The final dispatch schedule will be shared here once it has been confirmed for launch.

Question 10

Can I cancel or change my subscription level?

Accepted Answer

Subscription terms, cancellation timing and plan-change details will be presented clearly in Shopify checkout and on the Subscription Terms page before purchasing is enabled.
